The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that victim was married with Dilip Rai one and half years before. On 15.5.2017 the informant received an information that Dilip Rai along with family members has killed his sister and her dead body was disposed of by sprinkling K. Oil but entire body cannot be consigned. The name of the petitioner has been reflected as Mina Dvi but no relationship has been shown with the victim or accused family.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19059 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only mediator for fixing the marriage and except that there was no role of the present petitioner. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Meena Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.64 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
