JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners admits that substantial grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. He further submits that for rest of the grievance representation has been filed which is pending before the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Education Board. He submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Secretary of the Board to take a final decision on the representation.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
