Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioners are agnates of the husband of the informant and this case has been lodged on account of land dispute. There is also a counter case which was lodged much earlier to the present case. The allegation of entering into the house of the informant and snatching a gold

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
