The learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5, on the other hand, submit that by recording concurrent findings of facts, claims of the petitioners with respect to the lands in question have been rejected, both by the revisional authority as also the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, which cannot be legally faulted.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of production.
