The petitioner is in custody in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25(1B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case it is alleged that one country made pistol with life cartridge was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 24.1.2019.
