JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2021 The instant petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent State Sri Mrityunjay Kumar, AC to AAG-6.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders and direction in the nature of Mandamus to command the respondent authority for correction in the Restriction Register of Motihari Registry Office and Exempted and/ or release the land bearing Than no. 197, Plot no. 21 under villageBasbariya for purchase and sale. (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order and direction for correction of entire restriction register of Motihari Registry Office regarding land of Hanuman Sugar Industry of Motihari.

At the outset, the learned for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Collector, Motihari, East Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

The learned counsel for the State Sri Mrityunjay Kumar (AC to AAG 6) has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Collector, Motihari, East Champaran, by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 4 shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
