JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he wrongly identified the loanee.

The petitioner submits that he is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has figured after six months of the institution of the case. He submits that some of the accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48841 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2 / 2 Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case no. 104 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with the condition that he would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at stretch till charge is framed.
