JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 It appears that while passing the order dated 26.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11356/2019, this court directed the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail in the court below within the prescribed period of four weeks in order to avail the benefit of the order passed by this court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of some financial constraints he could not arrange the funds which were required to be deposited at the time of surrender and therefore some delay has occurred.
It is submitted that now the funds have been arranged.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22973 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 If the period of four weeks is extended for a reasonable time from today, petitioner would surrender in the court below. In view of the aforesaid, in the interest of justice this court directs that if the petitioner surrenders in the court below within a period of two weeks from today, his prayer for regular bail shall be considered in terms of the order dated 26.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11356/2019.
