JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.187 of 2015 registered under Sections 452, 323, 324, 307 and 319/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner fired on the informant which hit the iron gate and thereafter its splinter caused injuries on his face, chest and other parts of the body, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his application for pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
