Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.06.2020, this Court after noticing that compromise has been arrived at in Mediation and directed the petitioner to appear before the lower Court and on acceptance of reunion, the lower Court was directed to release the petitioner on bail, otherwise, pass necessary orders.

The petitioner has come before this Court pointing out that his wife has again left him and therefore, the lower Court is not ready to accept his bail bonds.

I have considered the submissions and taking into

No.35799 of 2021(3) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 consideration the aforesaid facts and also taking into consideration that the petitioner has tried to get the matter compromise, I allow this application and grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in terms of Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
