Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged on recovery of dead body of the daughter of accused Bhutali Mochi. Suspicion was that Bhutali Mochi has committed the murder of the victim. Some others including the petitioner are also under suspicion to be involved in disposal of the evidence of the crime of murder. Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence nor anyone has seen the petitioner carrying the dead body. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

No.26303 of 2019(3) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No.1137 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
