Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially redressed, as she has been selected. The only grievance remains to be addressed in this case is that the petitioner claims that she belongs to B.C. category whereas her selection was made in the General category.

Since, the petitioner has qualified in the general
