3. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an application in the light of Section 13 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. The review application of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from date of filing of such review application.
