It is one of the more unfortunate matter when the petitioner has been compelled to approach this Court for reimbursement of amount which he has incurred while undergoing treatment of his wife at All India Institute of Medical Science, Delhi.
The respondent should have verified the records and whatever the dues was found payable that should have been paid
Patna High Court CWJC No.12256 of 2013 (3) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 to the petitioner instead of dragging him to approach this Court for each and every matter, itself shows insensitiveness of the respondent concerned.
As has been submitted by the State that the records have been sent for verification but no reply has been received. It is a matter of payment of medical bill, let the authority concerned get it verified and make payment within a period of two months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. In failure to comply the order, the Court will take a very serious view in the matter.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
