Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S.Case No. 186 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of defalcation of Government money worth Rs.84,400/- in connection with Solar Street Light connection.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that work has been done with full satisfaction but place of work has not been mentioned, as such, the case has been lodged. Further submission is that allegation is vague and moreover petitioner is 75 years of age.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S.Case No. 186 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
