The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Arwal P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner had taken money for investment in a company with assurance to get monthly income but the informant did not get any money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is compromised. The petitioner has already returned the entire amount to the informant. Learned counsel for the informant is present in Court and support the factum of compromise.
