It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations made in the complaint are absolutely false. The petitioner or his relatives never subjected the complainant to cruelty for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The complaint has been filed on account of temperamental differences and incompatibility. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the complainant-opposite party no.2 submitted that time and again

2/2 the complainant was being subjected to cruelty by the petitioner and his relatives for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. He contended that the complainant is blessed with a daughter out of the wedlock but the petitioner is neither taking care of the complainant nor of his daughter.

Considering the nature of the offence, the allegations made in the complaint and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties at the Bar, the provisional pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.07.2020 is hereby confirmed.
