JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 25-06-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner which was earlier directed to be withdrawn vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14846 of 2023 after perusal of the report of the Court below dated 22.06.2023 that trial would be concluded within a period of four months.

In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of the trial has been received which has been kept at Flag-R. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31393 of 2024(3) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 learned Additional District Judge-IX, Gopalganj in its report dated 28.05.2024 further prays for four months to conclude the trial.

As a matter of last indulgence, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned Court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within stipulated period of four months as mentioned in its report 28.05.2024.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within a period of four months.
