In a very short span of time from earlier rejection petitioner has approached this court for renewal of his prayer for bail in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 385, 392 of the Indian Penal Code 1860. Earlier, on 29.08.2018 vide Cr. Misc. No. 34075 of 2018 prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected after examining entire case diary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the court that after rejection of the prayer for bail of petitioner some other accused persons have been granted bail by Co-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22740 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 ordinate Benches of this Court. Fact remains that petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected on considering seriousness of accusation and material available in the case diary. Since recently prayer for bail has been rejected on merit, without change in circumstance there is no reason to again entertain the same prayer.

The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
