The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 05/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/379/323/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation pertains to the year 2011 and the F.I.R. has been filed in 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the taking into consideration the inordinate delay in lodging the F.I.R., the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.34519 of 2021(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 05/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
