Without disclosing his status, the writ application has been filed to implement the order dated 04.06.2012 issued by the respondent Bihar Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad. It appears that the application was filed by the petitioner and the order was passed against the respondent no. 6 for realization of certain dues and to provide certificates/documents.
