The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 150/2015 registered under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is
