The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bounsi P.S. Case No.117 of 2015 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner is said to have been arrested in Barahat P.S. Case No.590 of 2015 registered under Section 392, 411 of I.P.C. and under Section 25(1-b), 4, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt in the aforesaid case on the basis of which the petitioner has been implicated in the present case also. It appears that it was the petitioner who confessed his guilt that he snatched money from the possession of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22615 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 informant on the basis of which Rs.7,270/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
