JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant with lathi, danda and iron rod. There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted the informant on his head with iron rod. It is submitted that the injury caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Case and counter-case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.27080 of 2023(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
