2. The petitioner renews his prayer for anticipatory bail for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 11(Gh) Animal Cruelty Act in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 224 of 2013.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to surrender and move for regular bail which may be decided expeditiously on the merits of the case.

4. Permission is accorded. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
