The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submitted his graduation certificate for appointment on the post of Panchayat Shikcha Mitra at Bisnupur Patti Gram Panchayat falling within Sahebganj Block on contract. The petitioner was appointed, but during course of investigation it transpired that the petitioner submitted mark sheet for appointment on the post of Panchayat teacher and the aforesaid mark sheet of graduation of the petitioner issued by Magadh University, Bodh Gaya was found forged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31129 of 2016 (6) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 petitioner did not submit any mark sheet of graduation examination, but the vigilance department submitted the photocopy of the original mark sheet along with mark sheet of graduation of the petitioner and the same was found to be forged. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
