JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 07-02-2022 The matter has been heard via video conferencing. Admittedly, the proceedings are pending before the learned Arbitrator, as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The disputed question of facts cannot be gone into in a writ jurisdiction of this Court.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise his grievance before the learned Arbitrator.

Liberty granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
