The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barirarpur P.S. Case No.188 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 25 (1A), 25 (1AA), 25 (1B)A and 26 (i) (ii) (iii) & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24866 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
