Petitioner has already superannuated in December, 2013. Since the State authorities being remained silent on this aspect of the matter, writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the District Magistrate, Gaya that he will ensure that payment of salary for the period indicated above is made over to the petitioner preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
