The petitioner instead of exhausting the alternative remedy, directly approaching this Court raising her grievance that she was selected for the post of Anganwari Sevika, but has not been given the appointment letter.

The counsel for the State has submitted that as there was a subsequent development, Sunita Kumari was appointed. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation that should be treated to be a

For the convenience, the petitioner would file a fresh application bringing all the facts in her application and the Collector, Araria after giving due notice to Sunita Kumari, will pass an order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the fresh application.
