JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354, 452 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, seek the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to petty dispute the occurrence has taken place. There was no intention to commit any crime. The allegation under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code is super addition. However, the matter has been compromised and compromise petition has been filed which is Annexure-2.

The learned A.P.P. submits that it is family dispute.

No.35406 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Lakho O.P.) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
