Heard the parties.
Some lands of the petitioner were acquired and the compensation was paid to him on 08.01.2015 and for the same scheme, some lands of other persons were acquired and they were also compensated but the grievance of the petitioner is that less amount of compensation was paid to him in comparison to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17477 of 2015 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 compensation paid to others and thereafter, he filed a representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur. Now petitioner wants only disposal of his above stated representation.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of giving direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhagalpur to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
