The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor any tangible material could transpire against him in course of investigation. He has been made accused in the present case merely on the basis of exculpatory statement of Kavita Devi, who is stated to have received Rs. 20,000/- from the Assistant Manager of the bank, but the petitioner took amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42460 of 2015 (2) dt.12-10-2015 2 / 2 from her and he did not give even a single paisa to her. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Be that as it may, regard being had to facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaumi in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
