JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the final order passed by the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur Hat, District-Siwan i.e. Respondent No. 6 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 3/ 2021-22 by filing appropriate appeal, in case the same has not already been filed. Liberty, so sought, is granted. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Sub-Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.6826 of 2022(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/2 Officer, Maharajganj, District-Siwan, vide Memo dated 18.04.2022, has requisitioned police force for removal of the encroachment in question, some protection be granted to the petitioner.

This Court, in the interest of justice, deems it fit and proper to direct for maintaining status quo, existing as on today qua the land/ house of the petitioner in question for a period of four weeks from today, so as to enable the petitioner to file appeal, if the same has not already been filed & obtain interim orders.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
