The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 9 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, 04 country made pistols and 171 live cartridges were recovered from the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that the house in question does not belong this petitioner. Recovery has not been made from the house of this petitioner rather near the house of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Counsel for the State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that huge quantity of arms and ammunition have been recovered from the house of this

Considering the facts aforesaid and recovery of arms and ammunition from the house of this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
