This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Phulwariya Police Station Case No. 130 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

About 279 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from a car. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge,
