2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 407, 468, 471, 406/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 482 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the Certificate/Mark-sheet on the basis of which the petitioner was given appointment was not forged rather the same contained clerical error. In any event, it is submitted that the petitioner has since been terminated by the order of the Deputy Development Officer, Bhojpur. Petitioner claims clean criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused Jai Prakash Singh and Manoj Kumar Choubey have been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31520 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8701 of 2016 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8253 of 2016.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara at Bhojpur in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 482 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
