The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 47 of 2013 registered under Sections 376, 341, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of 8 years of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
