2 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Khaira PS Case No 405 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506, 323, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code. 3 As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have defalcated Rs 1,08,000/- of the self help group in the village.

4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner denies the allegation and submits that without prejudice to her rights, she is ready to deposit the amount of Rs 1,08,000/- before the Court below.

5 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28161 of 2023(5) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail.

6 Considering the rival submissions, if the petitioner deposits Rs 50,000/- and the remaining amount in four equal installments, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Khaira PS Case No 405 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
