2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8201 of 2019 dt.16-05-2019 2/3 appointment of private respondent No. 7 on the post of Anganbari Sevika at the concerned Anganbari Centre in the district of Nalanda.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that wrongly, lesser marks was shown against her candidature and if correct marks would have been given, instead of private respondent No. 7, the petitioner would have been appointed.

4. A complaint in that regard has been made by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Nalanda vide Anganbari Case No. 2 of 2019. In the aforesaid case, the District Programme Officer, Nalanda issued a direction to the Child Development Project Officer, Bain, Nalanda to submit a report regarding the correct marks of the petitioner. Till date, no such report has been furnished by the concerned C.D.P.O. and, therefore, the complaint of the petitioner has not yet been disposed off.

5. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the District Programme Officer, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif, annexing a copy of the present order, within a period of three weeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.8201 of 2019 dt.16-05-2019 3/3 from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall communicate with the C.D.P.O., Bain, Nalanda and ask him/her for sending the required report as early as possible. After the report is received, the District Programme Officer, Nalanda shall hear the necessary parties, viz., the petitioner, private respondent No. 7 and other stakeholders and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time. The whole process ought to be completed within a period of ten weeks of the filing of the representation by the petitioner, referred to above.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.

7. Needless to state that if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the order of the District Programme Officer, Nalanda, she will have the option of appealing against the aforesaid order before the District Magistrate, Nalanda.
