The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jiyapokhar P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 332, 333, 353 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and he has falsely been implicated in this case during course of investigation merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Jiyapokhar P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020.
