ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the operative part of the order dated 10.9.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.17815 of 2015 and Cr.Misc. No.17868 of 2015, incorrect P.S. Case has been recorded. The correct name of the Police Station is Rail Barauni P.S. Case No.56 of 2014 whereas in the aforesaid order dated 10.9.2015, name of the Police Station has been wrongly recorded as Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.56/2014. The said mistake may be corrected accordingly.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48821 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 due to inadvertence, the father's name of Petitioner No.3- Md. Zainul, in Cr.Misc. No.17815 of 2015, has wrongly been recorded as Md. Kamal. The correct name of the father of petitioner No.3 is Md. Aslam. Let the name of father of Petitioner No.3 be read as Md. Aslam in place of Md. Kamal.
Further, the name of the P.S. recorded at the top in the format portion of the ordersheet may be read as "Rail Barauni P.S." in place of "Begusarai G.R.P".
The period for surrender of the petitioners fixed in the said order dated 10.9.2015 is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.
The order dated 10.9.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.17815 of 2015 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
