Accordingly, three weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below, i.e., Shri P.K.Jha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No.2064 of 2012 from the date of receipt/ production of this order.
