2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:

(i) a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/s, order(s)/direction(s) quashing the order dated 17.08.2015 passed by the learned Sub Judge-1st Nawada in L.A. Case NO. 42 of 1995/56 of 2012 by which the total compensation amount to Rs. 9,78, 544.41/- has been awarded and complete justice has not been done with the applicant as his house is of much more value than Rs. 1,20,000/-;

Patna High Court CWJC No.10571 of 2021(3) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 (ii) a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ order(s)/direction commanding the respondents to pay Rs.

9,78,544.41/- with interest up to date to the petitioner forthwith during pendency of the instant application, under protest.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be challenging the order passed by the learned Sub-Judge 1st, Nawada in L.A. Case No. 42 of 1995/56 disposed of on 17.08.2015. However, he submits that he came before this Court and as such, the delay has occurred.

4. Granting said liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
