The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 112.500 liters Nepali Soufi liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner next contended that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the tempo where-from the alleged recovery was made does not belong to the petitioner. He submits that

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
