It is contended that petitioner is widow of late Baleshwar Rai, who died in harness on 01.10.2013 as Assistant Teacher in Government Middle School. It is contended that all other dues have been given to the widow but the contributory provident fund has not been paid as yet.

In above view of the matter, this writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Siwan to examine the matter and make payment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9588 of 2014 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2 / 2 admissible dues towards contributory provident fund to the petitioner, who happens to be the widow of the employee concerned, within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Certain calculation has been appended with the counter affidavit also but if additional information is required, the respondent no. 3 would get it from the Headmaster of the concerned school.
