JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Mr. Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad, learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to make a fresh complaint before the District Programme Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif against the appointment of private-respondent no. 7.
Should such a complaint be filed before the District Programme Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif, it goes without
Patna High Court CWJC No.8120 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 saying that the concerned respondent shall be under an obligation to dispose off the same after affording hearing to the petitioner, the private-respondent no. 7 and other stakeholders and pass necessary reasoned order in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied with the order of the District Programme Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif, she would have an opportunity of challenging the order before the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.
