The petitioner in this writ petition seeks quashing of order dated 08.06.2020 (Annexure 6) by which No-Confidence Motion against the petitioner has been moved and the petitioner has been removed from the post of Chief Parshad of Nagar Panchayat, Rajgir.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that No-

Patna High Court CWJC No.7119 of 2020(4) dt.17-09-2020 2/2 Confidence Motion has not been brought in accordance with law but it appears that No-Confidence Motion has already been brought and the petitioner has been removed from the post of Chief Parshad of Nagar Panchayat, Rajgir.

Since the petitioner has got efficacious and alternative remedy before the State Election Tribunal, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Election Tribunal.
