2. Be that as it may, the petitioner has been harassed for more than one year and few months insofar as release of the subject matter of the vehicle, in the absence of recovery of any liquor. Therefore, the present writ petition is allowed with cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight week's from today.
