JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioner was sanctioned loan. However, on enquiry it was found that the photograph of the petitioner has been pasted in place of loanee Anita Devi. It appears that a large number of accused persons, more or less similar allegations, have been granted anticipatory bail.

In the circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Chaudhary, Judicial
